Terms of Service

1. The Service

Shoutant helps teams draft, review, schedule, and publish social content using AI and connected knowledge sources. You control what is published: posts should remain in draft until you approve them, and you are responsible for content you approve and publish.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces you control
• You must have authority to connect social accounts and knowledge sources on behalf of your organization
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content
• Publish spam, malware, or content that violates platform rules of LinkedIn, Meta, or other networks you connect
• Attempt to bypass approval workflows, scrape the Service, or probe systems without authorization
• Misuse OAuth tokens or access others' workspaces without permission

4. Your Content & Brand Brain

• You retain ownership of content you create and of materials in systems you connect
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service
• You represent that you have rights to use connected knowledge sources and to publish generated copy
• Query-only Brand Brain retrieval does not transfer ownership of your source documents to ShubLabs

5. AI-Generated Output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. You must review and edit drafts before approval. Shoutant does not guarantee engagement, compliance with advertising disclosure rules, or platform acceptance of posts.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Social networks and OAuth providers are third parties with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, account restrictions, or moderation actions taken by those platforms.

7. Beta & Coming Soon

Shoutant may be offered as a preview, beta, or waitlist period. Features may change or be unavailable. Service levels are not guaranteed during early access.

8. Fees

Paid plans may be introduced later. If so, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHUBLABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PUBLISHED CONTENT.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to others, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
